As per regular system to make 200 moulds you need 200 fix boxes, which is very big statement, but now with texone QRA Boxes, you just need two boxes and twelve jackets to do the same work, The easy method is fill mould with sand, remove QRA Box, slip on a jacket at pouring time and then dump.
The Texone Box constructed with high grade aluminum alloy which gives you a long life service but with easy operating system. The Box includes floating cams, which made by special gun metal, spring which guarded by fitted caps, wearing strips of MS, side flange with hardened bush and lifting handels.
